K2 / Nintex Specialist (Contract - Project Based)
Johannesburg / Remote Hybrid/Contract (Project-Based / RFQ Dependent)
Chibara Digital is seeking a K2 / Nintex Specialist to support a client environment, subject to successful award of a submitted RFQ. The role will involve maintaining and supporting existing K2 (Nintex Automation) workflows, troubleshooting issues, optimising performance, and implementing enhancements where required. The successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders to ensure system reliability, performance, and continuous improvement. This is a contract-based role and will only commence upon successful RFQ award.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and support K2 / Nintex workflow environments
- Troubleshoot workflow, integration, and system issues
- Monitor system performance and ensure high availability
- Implement enhancements and workflow improvements
- Support users and resolve technical issues within agreed SLAs
- Work with Microsoft stack integrations (SharePoint, SQL Server, Azure where applicable)
- Document system changes, processes, and technical configurations
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement solutions
What we are looking for
- K2 certification
- Proven experience with K2 Five / Nintex Automation
- Strong understanding of workflow-driven systems and business process automation
- Experience with Microsoft technologies (SharePoint, SQL Server, Azure)
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues
- Experience supporting production environments with SLA requirements
- Strong documentation and communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a contract-based environment
